Agreement and Requirements to be included within this referral directory

You must be a high tech real estate agent meaning that you have access to email and check your email at least once per day

You agree that you will maintain some type of website that at least has some internet presence where the client and/or referral can browse to and see some information about you and your listings and/or real estate in your geographic area.

You agree that you will contact every referral customer immediately upon receipt of the referral or the email.

You agree that you will check your email inbox and inquires and referrals at least once every 24 hours.  If you are on vacation or do not have access to your email, you agree that you will have someone take care of your business and answer your emails for you within the stipulated time period

Done at least 3 million dollars in sales the previous year. (if this is not the case please contact us with an explanation)

Agree to contact the referring agent and/or this webmaster immediately in the event that for some reason you will not be able to serve the referred customer.  In this instance you agree not to refer it to another agent but to give the referring agent the opportunity to refer the referral to the other agent within this directory in your area or another agent of their choice.

Agree that upon renewal you will pay your annual fee within 14 days of receiving your renewal notice.  If you decide to not renew for a further year, you agree to contact the webmaster of this site at least 30 days prior to the end of your annual renewal period.  You also understand and agree that if you agree to renew and your payment is not received within the specified time period that you may lose your exclusive ownership of your area/city

You agree to go through an annual evaluation process upon renewal of membership.
